Terms of Service
Scope of work
Each project is defined in a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is agreed separately before it begins.
Payments
The standard payment structure is 50% to begin and 50% after approval, before launch or handover. Scope, timeline, final price and payment terms are confirmed in the proposal before payment.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the finished website and its content. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
