Information we collect

When you contact us about a project, we collect only the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, business name, phone number, preferred contact method, website or Instagram address and project description. Campaign enquiries may also include your selected website need and bounded campaign labels from the page URL. These labels help us understand how you found us and do not determine your price.

Optional promotional updates

Responding to your project enquiry is separate from marketing. The campaign form offers an optional, unchecked box for occasional promotional updates by email. Leaving it unchecked does not affect your enquiry. Checking it records your permission; it does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing service. We do not currently operate automated promotional enrolment through this website.

You can withdraw marketing permission at any time by emailing hello@webpaddy.com with a request to stop promotional updates. We will stop using your details for that purpose. Withdrawal does not prevent us from replying to a project enquiry or keeping records needed for an agreed project.

Your preference, the wording version and reported campaign source are included in the enquiry email. Email delivery records carry receipt times. When the email service accepts a campaign enquiry, a server timestamp, preference and wording version are recorded with its submission reference in technical logs, without your contact details. Records remain in our email and provider systems for their applicable retention periods; there is no separate website consent database. We retain preferences only as needed to respect your choice and handle related business records.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver work you have asked for. We do not sell or rent your information.

Enquiry processing and security

When you submit our contact form, WebPaddy’s server validates your enquiry and uses Resend to deliver it by email to WebPaddy. Resend processes the enquiry details for delivery and maintains delivery records. Our email provider also holds the messages we receive. We do not maintain a separate enquiry database on this website.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for security verification. Submission references and technical error categories may be recorded to investigate delivery problems; we do not deliberately include your enquiry text in application logs.

Our pages load fonts from Google's font services. Those services receive technical connection information needed to deliver the font files to your browser.

Regional pricing

On the main website, Cloudflare’s request country determines which regional prices we show. The /website campaign advertises our Nigerian offer to all visitors; this does not change the server-derived visitor region recorded with an enquiry. We do not store a pricing preference cookie.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@webpaddy.com.
