    Tell us about your business, goals and what you need. You don’t need to choose a package or prepare a technical specification. There’s no payment to enquire.

    Scope & Recommendation

    We review your enquiry, ask any follow-up questions and recommend the right scope. Before design begins, we’ll help you gather your content, contact details and any available brand assets.

  3. 03

    Proposal & Deposit

    We confirm the scope, timeline and final price in a proposal before you pay. Work begins once the proposal is agreed and the 50% deposit is paid.

  4. 04

    Design & Build

    We design and build your website or web app around the agreed scope. We share progress and review versions at the stages agreed with you.

  5. 05

    Review

    You review the website or web app, check the content and functionality and send your feedback. We make revisions within the allowance agreed in your proposal.

  6. 06

    Launch

    After you approve the finished work and pay the remaining 50%, we launch it or hand it over as agreed.

Payment

How does payment work?

Our advertised prices are starting prices. Your final price depends on the scope and requirements. Sending an enquiry is free.

Once we’ve discussed your project and confirmed the scope, timeline and final price, a 50% deposit is required to begin.

The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before launch or final handover.
